Our company was founded to help better serve the disabled community here in Utah. Our Owner & Founder Amelia Owen worked in this field for a decade, including an extensive amount of experience in employment services and job placements.

The company's mission is to provide support services to disabled individuals at a high level, with integrity, and in a more effective manner.  Our focus is to put the clients first, whatever their needs may be, and have had tremendous success using this client-driven model.

We believe that everyone should be able to find meaningful employment opportunities, especially with the benefits of technology and the accommodations that have helped disabled individuals in all areas of life.

We provide the critical resources and training needed to give our clients access to potential employment opportunities. Depending on the needs of the employer we help our client to fill those needs, providing immediate value to the employer. We will facilitate the entire process, ensuring they have exactly what they need to sustain long-term employment, with the right company.
