Our Employment Services focus on identifying the clients strengths and interests to determine the best options for employment. We strive to find employment that will provide long term success for our clients and support them through every step of the way to find employment which includes resume development, completing applications, networking with employers, preparing for interviews, and attending interviews with the client (if desired). We provide support and encouragement during the beginning stages of starting a job by helping our clients develop confidence in themselves, and coordinate a support team on the job for long term support. We do our best to coordinate any needed accommodations and open communication between the client, their employer and their support team to achieve successful and enjoyable employment.
